Kid, these are both fake, yes. And I did not see anyone mention that the lettering of Habana Cuba on the Cohiba is totally off. Way to high even for a printing error. And I agree that the cap on the partagas is more of a concern than the capon the maduro.
This is true, but for reference please remember that when a roller rolls a long filler cigar, they still tear the leaves and bunch them together so there is often some smaller pieces in there, although not much. And NOT like in your pic.
Read some of Ginseng's forensic analysis' of fake Cubans and compare the filler in the fake to the above. Filler in a good cigar should be essentially whole leaves, not some chopped up crumbley fragments and pieces that look like crap.
