I had probably my best cigar weekend ever this past weekend.

Friday:
Opus xXx
Don Carlos Robusto from '05 on the beach, while my wife smoked a Moontrance

Saturday:
VSG Spellbound from a few years back
LG Chisel Puro at work that night

Sunday:
858 SG from '02
Padron 80th Maduro
Don Carlos Lancero

I can wholeheartedly say that none of the above sucked.

Hey Tom, I think you need to update your "custom member title" - old news, and it's surprisingly worked out very nice...

Had a CAO Sopranos Boss, nice smoke but not really worth the price tag IMHO.

Yeah...that's the thing... it's worked out so well, I don't want to change the title. I'm superstitious like that. :D

I had a Tatuaje Black yesterday. It was pretty good. Less spice than a brown label or Havana VI but it was still good. I expected more though.

Smoked a Hemingway Signature Maddie today. My first Hemingway and it was excellent.

Just had a Los Blancos Criollo. Wow! What a nice little powerhouse. Nice flavor too. I will surely smoke another.

Smoked a CAO Brazilia torp while riding around on the mower today. Excellent yard gar for sure!

Started out on the course with a Kristoff Corojo Churchill for the first nine and followed up with a Padron 3000 Maddie for the back nine. Posted 7-under in tourney and won a home theater system. Now if I only could figure out how to hook it up  . Was a good day.

Congrats Brian. Do you give lessons?

In the afternoon: LFD DL robusto
In the evening: PAM Principe

Smoked my first Opus X today, a Perfecxion #5; very good cigar. Although I'm not hooked on them yet, I wouldn't hesitate to try out some others from the line. I'm going to let the other four #5's season a bit more before I smoke them.

Had an Illusione 68 on the ride to work.

A Hirsh and Garcia Robusto after lunch.

For the ride home and consequent vegitative state, a Toya Classico Toro.

Tonight I had a 2 yr old Opus Robusto - great flavor, although I was briefly interrupted as I am on-call this week and had to relight it. Fortunately it picked up right where it left off. This past Sat I had an Untold Story. While it wasn't bad, it was way too big for me. Having a spare two hours is pretty much unheard of for me, Actually my wife made a few funny comments about the stick.

Hope everyone has a great evening
Bob

Currently smoking a Padron 2000 Maduro, my first Padron ever(thanks JHawk). A very excellent light to medium bodied 'gar with a pure tobacco taste, and a clean finish, I could easily see myself smoking more from this lineup!

Oliva "O" Classic Robusto.

Oliva's not in my regular rotation and I haven't smoked more than a dozen in my life but this cigar was a pleasant surprise. Great aroma and a sweet and spicy flavor on the palate. Really a tasty little bomb.
