Today's Smoke

Well, I am out of work and it's a nice day in KC, so I sat on the patio and relaxed with a few cigars. I started off with a Romeo Y Julieta Reserva Real Verona's Court that was a Christmas 2005 gift from my mom. Next was a Padron Serie 1926 #6 Maduro. I finished off with a Hemingway Between The Lines. It was a nice start to my Friday!

edited because I can't spell "it"

Today was a knockout!!
Smoked a La Gloria Cubana La Gloria Cubana Series R Limitada-2004

7 3/4"X62 :0

2 hours of smoke, what a great time that was.
I didn't want it to end,the cigar had very good construction and very easy draw.
Really enjoyed it.

Tried a CAO Soprano's stick today - wasn't exactly what I'd hoped it would be. Followed it up with a surprisingly great Rocky Patel 1990 but in a small perfecto size!

Today I smoked a La Aroma De Cuba Edicion Especial #5. It was a very nice cigar starting off with that Pepin Pepper and becoming very creamy as it went on. I enjoyed it but not nearly enough for a whole box.

Decided to try a CAO MX2 for the first time. Only got through half of it. Didn't find it particularly pleasing.

Went back to the humi and dug out a 2005 Boli RC. Now that was a GOOD smoke!!

Had one of those Aroma de la Cuba Reserva Especiales from the CA list at the herf . . . that really IS a nice cigar!

Torching a San Cristobal Fabuloso now. Nothing like finishing the night with a favorite.

Just got done smoking a FFOX with a year of age on it. Awesome smoke. The resting time did a nice job on it.

After a nice lunch i had a wonderful Don Pepin Vegas Cubanas Imperiales. This thing was packed full of flavor.

Well I started out the morning with a Principe Natural, after shoveling out the cars. We only got about an inch or 2 of snow but packed on top with ice.

Now for another cup of coffee..

Went to Cigar Palace (location of NoVa Herf on Jan. 31st) yesterday for a smoke.

Tried their House Blend Reverse Engineered PAM Torpedo. I LOVE PAMs and they are one of my favorite cigars.

I COULD NOT TELL THE DIFFERENCE and at a fraction of the cost, I will be smoking more of these.

Will be buying a box at the Herf. INSANE, man, INSANE!

Tatuaje Reserva J21
Illusione ~cg4~
Rocky Patel R4

. . . not all that impressed with the R4, which I'm smoking right now, especially not compared to the previous two. It's not bad per se, just a bit boring.

LFD double ligero cameroon lancero. A Puffstuff blend, and it is fantastic. Special thanks to Matt (42) for the chance to smoke it!

JFR (Just for Retail) Corojo, Toro, I have smoked about 10 of these, now that my b&m have them. Wanna thank Dan (Monk) for turning me onto these. Great draw, spice, pepper up front and smooth on on the palette, paid approx $6.00 for a stick, well worth a try if you like Pepin stuff.
