Today's Smoke II

I had a hand carried from Esteli Nic, unbanded, panetela. My linkIt looked to have a hole through the foot where a vein was removed. It had really easy draw, too easy for my tastes but I smoked slow. Had a nice slightly spicy taste, stayed moderately smooth. Paired with a new Brandy. Very good cigars.

Headed to the coast tomorrow with the Mrs. for our anniversary trip. 19 years. And she's down with the cigars. Keep the good ones there ain't that many of 'em.

I just smoked a Cohiba Siglo II in my backyard. It was much better than the Siglo VI, solid, but still nothing special.

I tried my first illusione today - an 88(robusto). Very interesting! I understand they are all very different - brilliant marketing, if true!

Had a Cubao Lancero. Was a pretty good smoke but wasn't as strong as what I was hoping for. I guess next time I'm looking for strength I'll reach for the LFD DL.

I went out on a limb and tried a NUB maduro last night, I liked it. Good flavor, nice construction and decent price. I will probably pick up a fiver to keep around.
