Toasting up this Barrel Aged robusto from La Aurora. The wrapper was barrel aged in a Dominican Rum Barrel for 4 yrs. They have a sweet woody undertone finish with a creamed coffee note up front. It takes about a 1/3 to get going though. Got to be patient. Usually not my forte.

First cigar of 2025 for me! Weather is perfect for a smoke in the gazebo. This is an unknown cigar a shooting buddy gave me. It’s made by one of those rollers who shows up for weddings and other parties as entertainment. Given to me no idea on the details, but nice little, medium-bodied smoke to start the season with.
