Do y'all remember the Murcielago from about 8-10 years ago with the red bat on it? I really liked those at the time. Are the ones you guys are smoking the same blend, or did Espinosa change it up over time?

I haven’t been smoking long enough to have ever seen the red bat, but this one sure is tasty and quickly becoming a favorite

Tonight I dine with Giants. I’m celebrating the conclusion of Night Shift Orientation. I’ve worked my butt off to learn and prove I belong on my Floor doing things they didn’t even touch on in Nursing School. ive spent months sleeping while my loved ones were awake and being awake while my loved ones were sleeping in order to get sick people to the next sunrise. I begin the final stretch of 2 weeks of Day Shift Orientation on Sunday before being released onto my own as a safe and independent Nurse. So tonight I celebrate with the strongest cigar made and the smoothest BIB whiskey made in my State. Cheers, friends!

Just home from da lounge.. nice to see some old buddies. Got to hand out a few Illyrian Cigars as I promised to Monti @ILLYRIANCIGARS-USA. All 3 put them in their cases as we're all wont to do! So I'll have to wait on the feedback.

Monti, just FYI, handing sticks to one another doesn't mean they're always on-deck! We usually know what we're smoking that night before even leaving the house. Speaking of which.. my 3 from earlier:







Trying to get in the habit of snapping before I start a stick, otherwise I normally forget once into it. The Illyrian Church has been sitting in my case with 4 others for a couple weeks now. I have a 69% Boveda in there.. oh man, I've been smoking those Illyrian's too low.. it really popped a little wetter.. great oily sheen as you can see.. I don't have an "oil" filter.

Gonna move most my IC sticks up closer to 70%. Definitely seems to be their Happy Place, despite my normal preference at around 65%.. or even lower sometimes. The increased moisture didn't affect the burn either, so kudos for that.
