Dominican was about all I figured out.

It was a one-of-a-kind... rolled at the Fuente factory by our guide, who is also the supervisor of all the Ashton torcedors (Fuente makes Ashton). A job he procured by being "muestra de torcedore" of the ESG and VSG lines. His name is Roberto DeSilva... and he's a total ham.

The tobacco itself was randomly pulled from various "escaso pilóns" that have been sorted by color and ready for rolling. You get 2 handrolls as part of tour, and I got my then gf's two also. And we went twice.. which I'd recommend.. especially now.

So good call Gav, you had yourself a bonafide Fuente Friday!!

It was good, reminded me of a cookie lol. It was just a good tobacco flavor with a hint of "cookie" on the back end. The first 2/3 didn't change much and the last 1/3 got a little sweeter.
