What gauge will it hold up to? I bet it's heavy as hell and a fortune to ship. Think you could whip something up lighter... carbon fiber maybe? 😛🤨

Look similar? Usually new butane and a few air can blasts around the jets can get them firing again. I've always used Colibri, but Xikar and even Zippo do good butane (I think Zippo acquired Ronson.. but still avoid it).

Hell, my main gear consists of a 15 year old $10 no-name triple torch and a Cuban Crafters Perfect cutter. As long as that lighter has NEW-ish premium butane in it... it continues to soldier on.

I dig those Madagascar. Found them on CBID a couple yrs ago and won a bunch (6 5ers) for really cheap. I put 20 in an old cedar box and forgot about them. Time to go hunting.

You were auto-corrected.. (Macassar). It's the box that really, and literally, shines. I now have mine tucked away, but the Macassar wood and finish are a sight to behold. From halfwheel:

The box does look very shiny. But the cigar is what I was after. And... believe it or not...I typed in Madagascar ....LOL. Brain fart.

Where can I get one of those wooden ashtrays? I've seen them on reddit minus the vherf stuff on them.

Lucky you! It's been about 7 degrees C here, with sideways rain and 35 km/h winds for the past few days.
 
Been decent here for last few weeks. Not always warm, but endless blue skies. Suppose to hit 17-18 by the end of the week.
