There's a Virtual Lounge tab at the top of the page, now, but I'll link it below, too. Folks usually start piling in at 8:00 PM EST (so, 3:00 PM for you guys?), and we are on for several hours -- usually until at least midnight. So, there should be a good crowd no matter how late you log on during a Wednesday or Saturday. You need to tell your boss you have more pressing commitments on Saturdays, now. There's just no way around that...Thanks!! Miss you guys.
Where’s the info? I work sat/every other wed, so maybe I can join on my off weds!

I like them. Give them a little time with some cedar then revisit and see what you think. This was just ok. Maybe with a little age on them they will get better what do you think @cohibasurfer? Had one of my Privada farm rolled after this one while doin some reading on the patio and drinkin some cold brewView attachment 58776
Fantastic smoke
A clone of Bohemia, following THIS recipe. 7 beers and two cigars later, might be a little tipsy in time for filling the fermenterWhat you brewin? I need to get back into Homebrewin if not just to have an excuse to drink some beers and smoke some sticks for a few hours
Some of our best beers were the result of us drinking on brew day lol. Our motto was, “Your best beer is one mistake away.”A clone of Bohemia, following THIS recipe. 7 beers and two cigars later, might be a little tipsy in time for filling the fermenter
I have a friend who brews. A few of his best brews were mistakes and now he’s opened his own micro brew in Illinois. Some of our best beers were the result of us drinking on brew day lol. Our motto was, “Your best beer is one mistake away.”
You’re not wrong. Some of my best ones have been mistakes that are impossible to replicate. Some of our best beers were the result of us drinking on brew day lol. Our motto was, “Your best beer is one mistake away.”
If you aren't at least half in the bag when you rack into the fermenter you aren't doing it right. You’re not wrong. Some of my best ones have been mistakes that are impossible to replicate.
