I was able to enjoy it. My set up warms me up ok, but the hands get cold!!

I don't really smoke from about November to April because it just isn't enjoyable. Maybe some day I'll have indoor smoking arrangements, but just not a priority at the moment.

Looks like that needs to be dry boxed for a week or more before you smoke the next one!

It finally straightened out. I was surprised since my wineador is at 65% humidity.

Mid 40s in nyc so I have to smoke one outside before we are hit with another snow storm on Thursday
