After 8 weeks of a super-restricted diet, my first Gentleman Jack (diet approved) with an unmarked can't - remember - what stick. All I know is it was sooooo good (the bourbon - thank doG cigars were never off the list!).

I really like these Habaneros. This code isn't on the list ... but they smoke really well.

How did the diet go? Getting closer to the results you want to see?

Unbelievably well! Started at 245, maintaining 200 for 3 weeks post diet without feeling deprived. Eating healthy, reasonable portions. No cravings for sugar. Breads are still calling me but a couple Melba toasts ties me over.
