I'd like to see FuckTurd just to get away from the "retard" since that is kind of frowned upon in this day and age, but a fuckturd would be everything a fucktard is, plus being full of shit as well. So, for me, they are fuckturds. Can't wait to see what @Thoughts could say about this

I didn't know what it was...

I'm at a buddy's place, his son and son's BIL are there. We get to talking cigars, the BIL whips out a Padron - OK, kid has something going on (was even carrying a nice V cutter). I was smoking a Don Pepin Blue, just started it so a ways to go. Mentions he has a Tatuaje (he thinks that's it) in his bag, it wasn't one I was familiar with but I don't have a lot of Tatuaje knowledge. So I offer to trade him my on-deck cigar, a Bishop's Blend.

They had gone off fishing, my BB with them, when I decided to torch the Tatuaje. And that SOB was a grape infused Tatiana. I just stuck it back in the cello, washed my hands, and went on with my day. Didn't even say anything to the guy, he was actually pretty sharp and had done a bunch of night photography the previous evening. He claimed he liked the BB, so I guess that's a plus.

I should have read the band carefully before committing to a trade I guess.
