This tasty Padrón. Reminds me of a good aged PAM 64 Torpedo. The 1st half, kinda like a Bolivar with some spice. 2nd half like a Por Larrañaga picadores. Excellent.

No, being in the middle of Charlotte I don't see us getting that far. For sure he will know how to heel, sit, lay, and retrieve a beer from the fridge on command. Those are the four staples in my house.

Looong week...work drama, writing a book, home repairs, sent the dog to Rainbow Bridge...finally had some downtime last night to stop by a friend's ramen shop for a bowl of some experimental seared foie gras "foie-men". Then to the restaurant patio where I'll live till next winter for a trusted Illusione Phantom. Bonus mood elevator was helping eject a drunk family who got way out of hand. It's the little things.
