Today's Smoke 2017

Wow! Best cigar I can remember having in quite a while. A 1994 Hoyo DC (FR OSSE). Loads of earthy tobacco with a pleasant mustiness. There's also a salty leather profile that's taking me back to standing out in right field as a youngster, chewing on my baseball glove laces, hoping for something exciting to happen.

Today's smoke was a CAO Brazilia. It was too cold outside to really enjoy it, but I gave it a valiant effort
Tomorrow is supposed to be warmer.

Had a King is Dead Premier and a Sobremesa Corona Grande today while Herfin' with a few Ohio and one Michigan BOTL. Both were very nice cigars.

After a few months, these are even better. Lots of familiar, amplified Illusione flavor in the first half, and then a new kind of rich savory flavor in the second half.

The Picadores is (was) Dec 15 and really smoking good for being so young. The HdM was MAY 15 and not smoking nearly as nice.

Romeo Y Julieta Reservas Cosecha 2008. What a great cigar weekend! Arguably the best recent production cigar in the world right now. I'd place it in my top 2 or 3 I've ever had the pleasure of enjoying.
