The little one turned 1 on Monday and I got to enjoy my first smoke for her birthday. I ended up with a Noellas Jar dated MAR 16 which is the month my wife got pregnant. DEC 16 was a real pain to find anything out there with that date. Anyway it will be fun to see how these beauty's develop over the next 20 years.

Thank you Bill for the help on finding a Jar with a meaningful date!

My SS hit me with the granddaddy of surprises. Smoking it right now with some Joe and it smokes like a dream. Look at the date.

For me to do the same thing now I’d have to live to be 88.

Holidays, kid's bday, bad cigar weather, gig on a new contract where they expect actual work out of me....managed to sneak in a good PSD4, Upmann PC and a Picadore this week. My new job is a "little less money but way more on the job relevant nerd skills training" situation with more competition and longer hours, so I'm grateful now for all of the box purchases I should NOT have made over the last couple of years. It's way easier to age your sticks when there's far less time to smoke!
