What did you think of it? I've smoked them, and they weren't bad at all. I found them very reminiscent of old Llaneza /Villazon blends (Punch & Hoyo.)Ramon Bueso Genesis The Project robusto.
We finally had a non-rainy day yesterday, so I took the opportunity to drive home topless and enjoy a cigar while breaking the speed limit on 81 and 66. I grabbed a cigar that Pete Johnson made for GWAR that I've been sitting on for a long while now. Pretty much a pepper bomb to start, even after resting for so long. This might end up in the yard-gar category. Or is that yard-gwar? The thing burned all sort of wonky, but that could also be due to driving in a convertible. It just shows me that all that Pete touches is not gold.
Yep. He made an official cigar for them a couple years ago. There is still a shop down by Richmond that sells them.GWAR, the band?
Haven't listened to them since Scumdogs of the Universe.
Agreed, an above average smoke with a woodsy/spicy/chocolate flavor. Great construction, which I appreciate. All resulting in a great bargin/value stick. Will definitely try this one again (but I will definitely give it some humi time before smoking). What did you think of it? I've smoked them, and they weren't bad at all. Always a great feeling! Let us know which cigar you celebrated with... sounds like it'll be good either way.Checkride complete, going with either an Opus Petite from 05 or a PSD4 from 13 when I get back to the hotel... If I don't collapse and fall asleep first.
