So what did you think?

I snuck in an Asylum Lobotomy PC at lunchtime. Nice short smoke. I think we'll get one more day decent enough for a "normal" size cigar before the colder weather. Time to place the pipe order.

My current situation: on my porch smoking a birthday cigar, a Padron 1926 small churchill gifted to me by a French Canadian named Pierre, a couple days ago, said I'd wait for a special occasion. Guess a birthday qualifies.

How are those Julius Caesar's? I saw them here on my Texas visit but they looked too gimicky so I passed.

They are good very consistent , nice draw medium leathery & cream flavor. I had the regular Diamond Crown Robusto too and that one was a mellower smoke & with more creamy taste.

With a couple years these get more complex. Some floral and fruit are added to the mix. Slightly over 65% but draw and performance great.
