Today's Smoke 2016

Well there was that time I blacked out..... ;)

Which reminds me Bill... If you went camping with someone and woke up the next morning, couldn't remember a thing, your butthole felt like it was ripped open, your throat really hurt from screaming, there were chicken feathers everywhere, and your chewing gum was somehow stuck all over your naked body...... Would you tell anyone about it?
You mean... if it happened again??? Dammit John, who told you?

Glad to hear that PSA is going down, have been meaning to make a post on that. Is that .33 or full 33 points down?

Meant to post last week, I was gifted a Ghurka for Christmas and had to smoke it whether I wanted or not, and damned if it wasn't surprisingly pleasant. Saved the band and will have to check out what it was.
Great to hear from you Ken!

A little jealous of this one. How was it?

Are you reminiscing about the first time you and Jonesy got together for a "mans" weekend herf

Heh! It was amazing! I struggled over whether to buy two boxes of these, or a 50 cab of 98 SLR Lonsdales back in 2007... Wish I would have figured out how to do both now.

Illusione eccj 15th, with Ron Santiago de Cuba 11.

How was that? That rum sounds nice.......

RASS last night in the garage while drinking some E.H. Taylor Rye with a few buddies. They had a PLPC and a Party Short. Fun had by all.

La palina Classic corona. Just as tasty as the lancero. Mild/med strength, tasty flavor, smooth all the way to the end. Has a pleasant sweetness that I rather enjoy with a mild sweet spice throughout. Maybe not complex, but what it does it does well.

I keep meaning to get some of this. Am I missing much?

I am big on the rye's and it is quickly becoming my favorite. That spot was held by Whistle Pig, but it's been awhile since I've gotten a bottle, so I can't say that for sure anymore.

My favorites now are E.H. Taylor and Sazerac. The E.H. will run you about $75 a bottle and the Sazerac about $35...but the Saz is harder to find. Personally, I think the E.H. is one of the best I've tried.

Bri, how was it? I've only smoked one, but damn it was tasty. I'm thinking I need to follow up...
It was pretty good. Started out a little spicy, sweet, elegant and floral. Toward the end it was more nutty and still maintained the floral characteristics. The spiciest died down then came back toward the end. I have a thing for the long skinnies lol

While I'm intrigued by these, seeming so positively reviewed. I can't seem to justify the asking price, more than a PL encantos.

I know, it's definitely too pricey. Definitely north of the majority of cigars in my humidor. I'm not sure about the universal appeal flavorwise, so buyer beware, but sometimes you just get a cigar that clicks with you and you overspend like it was a hot girlfriend you should not trust.

Had a chance to smoke a stogie with my good neighbor last night. We smoked a RA Club Allones Le. Pretty good damn smoke.
