Today the Bavarian Government passed the strictest anti-smoking law in Germany.

No smoking in bars, restaurants or beer tents starting the 1st of Jan. 2008

Until then I plan on visiting my favorite local bar even more often than before and smoking a damn fine cigar every time I am there.

And at least one more trip to the Casa del Puro Nürnberg during my 2 weeks of Christmas vacation.

I can not express how mad I am at this extreme measure of bullshit, but until the 1st its "Smoke 'em if you got 'em!"

Crap no smoking in the beer tents! That is a crime, I should have gone last weekend with my wife. She went over to Ramstein for a few days.

So after the 1st, you won't be able to smoke in the CASA DEL PURO? Damn it is a CIGAR STORE/BAR? So basically there will be no establishments that you can smoke?
 
What I think, is they might have to lose the food and drinks to be able to allow smoking... but we shall see.

Frau Klever has on the CdP webpage, that she is working on a way to keep the Casa as it is, but isn't sure if it will work.

Illinois will join the crowd the first of the year. Our government mother is looking at meat as a detriment to our health. Maybe they can feed us all with baby bottles, bastards. :angry:
 
I knew there was a reason I did not go to Germany. Now the next thing we need to do is bring back prohibition!! How about a Constitutional Ammendment to outlaw smoking!!!
