Bloom takes years, to form.

I've been smoking cigars regularly for a few years now, and this is the third time I have found a cigar with bloom. The others that I found were all Romeo y Julietta brand. I wonder what makes them seemingly more prone to bloom.

Not to say it's not plume/bloom, but it's very rare that you'd find that perfect condition at a cigar shop, to promote plume/bloom. Typically, it would be mold.
