Today’s Smoke 2018

Today I had a RyJ panatela that was over 30yrs old. Now I would have thought that this cigar had mellowed over the years. Well, I thought wrong. This was the strongest Cuban cigar I've ever smoked. It must have been one hell of a firecracker when it was young. It was wonderful. I wish I had a box of 'em.

Had an Ezra Zion Punkin Pie thanks to a fine gentleman here on CP. Really nice cigar - mellow and leathery with a medium amount of white pepper spice on the tip of the tongue.

Enjoyed this Padron 90th Maduro while on a canoe river trip last weekend. It was great until the final 1/3 before the humidity took its toll, causing it to become bitter and require constant re-lights.

My 14yo daughter was my canoe mate. Her first time she was deemed old enough to handle the trip. First time I taught her to fish with artificial bait. She really tore the Smallmouth Bass up.
