Rent will be due on the 1st. There is a security deposit of $150, which we can get back if the place is still in good shape. I think we may loose it though because of smoke damage. We will see.

I will put the TV in my name, but the Electric has to be in yours and John's. Mike and the rest of the fellas can get the Gas and internet.

We should chat about color themes...and one of the great things about CP is that John posted this huge winodor and our conversation has turned into this :laugh:
