This thing Rocks! 24 count Otterbox

Got my 32ct with puk inbound, and this post has got me excited for it!
 
I have the same case and use the hygrometer that came with it. The thing has such a good seal, that's all you need! I've had mine sit for 2 weeks and humidity was 65%.

Well, there isn't a hygrometer (a device that measures humidity), but there is a foam humidification device in the top of it, that you can see on the in the picture on c-bid.

I haven't actually done anything with the foam device, to get the inside up to 65% I'm going to use one of Viper's cigar sized tubes of beads. I have enough faith in the beads that they will keep my cigars where they need to be that I won't use a measuring device.

Plus that thing seems like it seals so tight I have read and heard that you could just throw a humidipak in there and be fine for a week.
 
Oops! I put a digital hygro in mine and just use the humidifier that came with it. I goofed when posting. Anyway, the seal is so go on this thing, that's all I need and my cigars where fine in there for a couple of weeks.

Nice shot, Moki! That's too good. Gonz, way to go "playing along" for us...in a Pm that we can't see....uh...playing along? LOL!
 
You see, the thing that really got me all worked up is that both of those sticks came from boxes that I split with other people. If they were from boxes that I had just purchased for myself I would have been less freaked out by it, but since there was other people's cigars on the line, it was a little more important!

And you know what they say about implicitly trusting your sources, which I do, but I also have the same trust and respect for Andrew, which is what made me second guess! If it was any of the rest of you fuckers, I'd have blown the whole thing off! :p
 
Thanks for the report on the box Gonz! I really need to pick one of those up for myself. Show season is right around the corner for me and the 5ct otter box I have just won't do for a 5 day trip! But the 24 sounds just right!
