Excellent! It will probably show up here tomorrow. If I can get ahold of it tomorrow, should I send out on Sat or wait? I know sometimes guys don't like to send over the weekend, but with the weather cooler now, maybe its not as big of a concern?
 
Yup, the weather is much cooler so sending it out on Saturday shoudn't be an issue. I can't wait to see your P&T's Pyre, since I've pretty much put you on the spot. Santa's not too happy with me right now ;)

Hey OutlawD, I thought you were going to trade either the WOAM or Shark for the AVO 22 but not both.

Here's my thought on this guys ... After doing a little research on this it seems that the AVO 22 is quite the rare cigar so I thought it looked like a good trade. I did the best research I could but may be wrong. What do the rest of you think?

As far what makes a trade acceptable goes, here is my line of thinking. Rule number 5 states: P&T’s should be ISOM for ISOM, NC for NC, Premium for Premium and all should be value for value. It should also include rarity for rarity which I'll update after this post. In previous passes, and this one, people have asked if they could put a Premium for ISOM, Premium ISOM for Premium NC, Premium for Rare or even Premium ISOM for Rare. Believe me, I would love to take some of those very generous trades but as a host of a pass I am the one responsible for keeping this pass fair, interesting, and orderly. Please do not take offense If your P&T's are questioned or not acceptable to me or others. There is a lot of "behind the scenes" work for the host that goes on in a pass that none of you will see. Your host, or hosts as in this case, are the ones who are responsible for making the final decision on a trade, no one else. I make every attempt to stick to the rules in order to keep things fair and at times I will defer to a FOG, a more knowledgable aficianado, or the participants of this pass for direction. But in the end ... your host has made the final decision.

What else can you tell us about those AVO 22's ? The site I found them on gave a glowing recommendation, Have you been smoking them?

yeah they came out in 01 i beleive, Avo's birthday cigar that year if i remember right.

mild, sorta along the line of a regular line Avo.

Actually havent had one in awhile, I figured this would be a good chance to bestow a few of these cigars.


Other than that theres not much to tell other than they dont make them anymore.
Havent seen them anywhere for a LONG time.

I dont have any for sale and I have about ....well ive got more than a few left. They may come out in future passes but thats the only way ill part with them.
