The One and Only Joe's Cigar Daily/Woot off thread

Does the yellow counter go from left to right or right to left? I haven't paid enough attention to see what direction it goes as the deals run out.

Lots of yellow bar = lots and lots of sh.tty cigars remaining.

No kidding. I went to my other "office" and came back to still find the La Herencia Cubana Salomon still up, with a minimal amount of movement.

I have been waiting patiently all day for something to catch my eye....

So far...NOTHING!

They must have only lasted a minute or 2 because i look away and click back and never saw them.

Looks like the Perdomo sale thats going on now could eat up the rest of the night. May be not though.

Watching Joe Cigar is like waiting for the stock market to crash, or the New Years' ball drop ...

How are Perdomo cigars in general ... or has anyone smoked either the Cameroon, Golf or the Sun Grown before?

Nick

The only Perdomo i've had is the Lot 23 i believe. I was not at all impressed . I bought a 5'er so im sure in time ill revisit it and see if my view has changed.

....no extra charge for the tobacco beetles.... :whistling:

In all fairness, I have never had an issue with their product.
Fair enough, but keep in mind what you have here is a vendor that doesn't appear to stand behind bad product. Hope you never need to call customer service for mold, damaged product, etc.... :whistling:

And, the bottom line is there are choices. We have many solid vendors that post regularly here at CP. These are "quality first" guys that have earned my business time and time again. It is the case that many times, the "cheapest" price isn't the least expensive.

Good luck, guys - B.B.S.

There is wisdom in your response, you are very right on all accounts. I do need to pay more attention to the great vendors we possess here... :D

Also the fact that some of our brothers here have had issues that were not taken care of by the vendor does not sit well with me. Thanks for helping me see that fact B.B.S.

Ironic, those have had me wondering how they were for a while now, since they are supposed to be from a *special* crop of tobacco, I figured a puro from a demo crop would be good but ... *sighs*

Same thing with Cusano, nothing really seems to catch my eye from these vendors, unless someone can vouch otherwise.

I just realized how goofy the Joe character looks during one of these sales.
