Wow, thanks for sharing, Rod! I have a Goddard poker chip case, I’ll have to post that, but will wait for some more ashtrays. I have two in delivery, I think I may be in trouble.

I have a couple posts here with ashtrays I have restored and/or picked up at antique shops but of the 9 or 10 cigar/pipe ashtrays that I have, this is my favorite. I’ve always enjoyed gargoyles and this ashtray just screamed at me when I saw it. I’m fairly sure I got it at the same mall news shop in Salem, NH where I purchased my first humidor but it could have been some other mall news shop. I still use it quite a bit for solo smokes and when I’m not hauling out the big stands for company.
