The KC Area’s Fall 2006 Big Dinner Herf

Alright guys, the final details are updated to the first post!!
I was supposed to have a meeting tonight with the Manager of the cigar club, but he had to cancel due to a private wedding party.

However as you can see the original post has been updated with final details for the menu, payment, and bar info. Please look over everything. If you are on the tentative list, and need to be removed let me know. Otherwise lets get signed up and get ready for this thing!!!

Loren, I have relayed your needs, and have been assured you will be taken care of! But you made me think of a good point!! SO:

Alright guys, were getting down to the nitty gritty here on this deal. I just rec'd my copy of the contract I MUST sign and return along with my credit card number. Since I have set this up for a minimum of 10 guests once I return this signed contract I am bound to pay them for the minimum guest count whether they all show or not. So that means once I send this back I will owe them a minimum of $600 on Sep 16th. That being said before I sign my life away, I need to hear from you ALL again to confirm, or for the first time, if you WILL be attending this event.

There have been a number of updates to the original post regarding pricing, menu, etc etc. Please re-read the post, then send me a PM to confirm whether or not you will be attending. I need this info by the end of next week. As long as we get to 10 CONFIRMED guests, we are good to go. Anyone else after that is of course welcome and encouraged to attend!

Please understand I am not doing this to be a prick, or that I don't trust any of you. I assure you that is not the case. However, as you have probably figured out by now I am not the type of person that can cough up 600 clams and not have a problem with it. I'll have to send out my collection agents to get my money back and you don’t want that!! :)

I will be at the Rocky Patel event at the outlaw on Saturday in-case you want to drop off your payment!

Gotcha Loren, also note that they even wrote it into the contract I have to sign that "One Guest Cannot Consume Dairy" ;) You sir, are definitely covered!

I changed the format of the guest list on the first page, we will go from tentative, to confirmed (IE read and PM'd the above post), to Paid.

Another bump. I gotta contract waiting for my signature, but guarantee's a minimum of 10 attendees I will be responsible to pay for. Other then the guys that have PM'd me, does anyone else want to do this? If there is no more intrest, I may have to call it off...

Honestly It's looking like it has.

I can't get enough commitment for me to put my credit card on a contract for $600 minumum. I just don't have that kinda cash to cover it.

Thats it then...Thompsons are going out as punishment! If I were you guys I would go out and pull the damn mailbox out of the ground and hide it, cause once they are in it USPS will no longer deliver to ya.

That's a shame Derrick, I know ya worked very hard to work this out for us and went to alot of trouble to make it a smooth deal. I appreciate your time to create this for us. Maybe we can come up with an alternate plan :whistling:

Alternate Plan! Same Date, After Hours, Outlaw Cigar! Bring what you want to eat or we can order some pizza. Someone needs to bring a poker set. We will put some porn on the bigscreen and make Loren dance around in a thong(then again maybe not)! The drinks are cheaper and dinner will be a little less hoitiy toitiy! Big F'ing deal! Everybody still in?
 
I had forgot about this... too bad it fell through.

As for Brad's very generous offer... count me in, just as long as I don't have to see Loren's hairy ass in any way. I will need to check with my father and son again to see if they can also make it.

As for Brad's offer, I concur that it sounds great! I also agree about doing without the Loren show, though! :sign:
Maybe we can make a full day of it and get together at Granite City or the casino before moving on to Outlaw!!

Sweet offer Brad! Im in for the OL back up plan. I would like to second the motion to not see Loren in a thong. Is that a mandantory part of the deal? Please please say no! ???

If you let me skip on that part I will go to your local "Scotch busters are us" store up there and bitch slap em around for destroying that bottle. I hesitated to mention it till now cause it makes me cry when I think about what they did to that defenseless bottle of Scotch.
 
Looks like a lockin at the Outlaw is on :laugh: ! I have a portable poker table top that we can use for this. Pot luck, booze, poker, porn, and of course smokes........Sounds like a good time to me :thumbs: .
 
well I was hoping to come up with the g/f for the "nice dinner" but I think it will be hard to get her to come see Loren in a thong...who knows though. :0 I actually might be up there that weekend visiting some friends so you might have one from NWA if I am still accepted. I will wear a thong if it is required attire! :cool:
