So over the last few months I have smoked a fare number of different cigars. As would be expected, I liked some, and not others. As a rule, I am not fond of the Maduro wrapper. So I have decided to start the Great wrapper Chase. I am going to start looking for the right wrapper for my taste. I know that the wrapper is just part of the total flavor, but I think this will help as work to find the smoke I like the best. I have tried Maduro, Corojo, Cameroon, and Connecticut shade, and a few others. I will be trying a AF Sungrown Cuban Beli in the next few days
I will not start searching out 5 or so examples of the various wrapper and try to see if I can pick the thing out that I like about them. Although I have not cared for many of the Maduro, I will still keep trying them as my taste grow and change.
So far my favorite wrappers are the Corojo and Cameroon.
Well off to "work" searching and smoking. Thanks for reading.
