Alright then as for myself. I am such a noob I don't even know enough to know what I am missing. I would love to try a Porkchop but save that, I would say any well aged CC would be fine with me.

I would leave that to you experts. What ever is smoking well I would say. I am not too picky. I really don't have a wish list, there is so much I have not tried.
