As I was driving home yesterday/today I realized that I had probably crossed the streams and screwed up the time/space continuum by volunteering to handle Gary's LFDs. As such, I'd like to pass my rebound wish on to TBaGZ.

The drive home took a while longer than expected. We had a catastrophically flat tire (2"x18" strip of tread decided it had had enough of the abuse I heap on my tires) 110 miles from our starting point on Saturday evening, had to limp back to my dad's house on the spare since nobody in a 60 mile radius had anything in stock to fit my aggravatingly proprietary Subaru tire size, got a new set of shoes (Fuzion ZRi) put on Sunday morning, and just got up from my "I made it home in time" nap. I'm pretty pleased with my time though. 1318 miles in 17:38--with a wife and two dogs and all the extended pit stops that entails, although I am perfectly at peace with the fact that the Bojangle's drive-thru ate 35 precious minutes. That's the price we pay for living so far from a Blowdangle's.

The track moved back towards us on the most recent update but we're not supposed to be hammered or anything. Lots of rain and ~40 MPH sustained winds.

1. The blue cooler that is at the bottom of the second column in Wilkey's basement
2. The blue cooler that is second from the bottom of the first column in Wilkey's basement
3. The blue cooler that is on the top of the third column in Wilkey's basement
4. Free Cot rental for a month in Wilkey's basement
