I despise reality shows, I think they are the worst thing to ever come about our society.

But this show is insane. I was on the seat of my couch for half of it. Definently stay away if you don't need another show to be sucked into.

Didn't watch it....but one of those guys commits suicide... happened about 3 weeks ago during the filming of the show

I like the Apprentice.... those broads are HOT

Wasn't she in a movie called Bimbostein ? :p

Sorry, if being with that bim is aces, give me the jack.

Back on subject! I watched it also Marc and I was very impressed! My personal opinion is that reality TV is for shut-ins or those who have no life of there own! This show will make its mark and keep you interested.

I was really impressed with this show. this is the only reality type show I watch besides fear factor.. I loved when they showed some of the hits. I have watched that one based off of ufc and that one sucks the fighting is way to boring.

Oh no my joke was about Paris, not the show. I have it saved on Tivo and will check it out tomorrow

well bd, if me and paris are not welcome, I'm out! :p

Reality shows are for people who live vicariously

This one's a keeper  Hope the loudmouth don johnson guy gets his ass handed to him next episode

Not sure if it will boom it all that much...remember a few months ago Oscar De La Homo did a show like this....almost identical and it was yanked from prime time and put on some alternate cable channel. Don't know if it's still there. This one was definately better

I really enjoyed the show last night and it has lived up to all the advertising, IMHO. Najai (sp?) is the dude who committed suicide a few weeks back. Sad thing to hear. I've always been a Ray Leonard fan and Stallone is probably my favorite actor ever, next to James Dean. The DelaHoya show as a rip off of this one and I for one am glad it tanked. The guy who does Survivor and The Apprentice is behind this one. There wil be a lot of upsets in the ring during this show. These guys have heart and are going to go for it with every round they box.

As far as UFC, the fighting may be "boring", but I can tell you this, it takes a lot for these guys to win a "no holds barred" type of fight where one guy is a striker and one a grappler. The skills have got to be good across the board, or else the guy has to get lucky. I have a good friend who fights UFC and it's anything but boring, IMO.

Stallone is an ACTOR? No kidding? I guess he was just looking for something to do after his boxing career...

 Agreed. I like his movies (can't watch Cliffhanger too many times) but he is definitely not an "actor" IMO.

the actuall UFC stuff is awesome but the show they have on now looking for the next great fighter really sucks. The guys just lay on the ground on top of each other.

I agree w/ Matt. My old roommate also fights No Holds Barred fights. If you have 2 strikers, it's an awesome thing to watch. If both are ground fighters and always pull guard, then it can be rather boring. I've trained for this type a few times and all I can say it's the hardest workouts I've ever been through. Your cardio has to be perfect and you have to be able to strike and fight on your back as well. Find a gym near you that trains NHB fighters and go watch.
