The best excuse to drink

There I was floating on my back about 100 yards off shore when it felt like I got stung by 100 bees across the top of my haed , across my right ear and down my shoulder blade. Needless to say it was a bit of a shock and after swallowing a good mouthfull of the Atlantic I made my way back to shore. It seems a jellyfish ran into me and decided to do what it does....try to eat me. A nice series of red dots that hurt quite a bit formed and I went back to the condo to take a cold shower and put a serious dent in a bottle of Bowmore I had brought.

Things are much better now, the dots have receeded and the hangover has taken my mind off of the stinging feeling. Not the best way to end the day.

It did give me an excuse to do about 8 fingers of Bowmore so it wasn't all bad. I gotta go out and get more of something tomorrow.

I might have done that but the Atlantic cut the effect too much.
