Jim
Thanks for playing man!

Boy, this pass left w/ some good sticks...but it's returning w/ some great ones. Can't wait to dig in when it gets home. Bat_Chief and I are going to herf upon the pass' return and divide em' up one-by-one.

Jim, your puts and takes have been posted and your contribution appreciated highly, thanks for playing! :D

Ricmac, who says it sucks to be last?! What a selection! It may take you and extra day (notice I didn' say 2 days! :p ) to make your selection!

C'mon baby, hurry home!

Got the pass. It was waiting for me when I got home. How come there are only 20 cigars in there? Seemed like there should be more.

Just kidding. Everything looks great. Except the box that is. I can't believe they shipped that thing. Will have to look for a box tomorrow.

Here's my play:

Takes:
66. Monte #1 '03
28. Monte #4 '03
55. Oliva "O" Bold Torpedo

Puts:
94. Monte #2 (5/02)
95. Diplo #4 (2/01)
96. Oliva "O" Bold Churchill
97. Cabañas Perfecto (11/99)
98. Habanos Hand rolled from the streets of Havana. (Brought to me by one of my students in April)

Hope this looks good. If any problems let me know. I should have the box another day or two as I go looking for a box.

98. Habanos Hand rolled from the streets of Havana. (Brought to me by one of my students in April)

:0 :D Nice........... I've never personally had the privilege of trying one of these, but several of my local "herfers" who have been to Havana have had some and told me they are amazing. "Nothing like a hand rolled from the streets of Havana" they say. THATS A NICE STICK :)

Great play Ric.

About that street rolled habano, "she may not look like much, but she's got it where it counts." (A big bag of nothing to whoever guesses where that quote came from)

As for the box. The box I got just wasn't going to make it back. It was more tape than box at this point. Finally got a new box today. Should be off tomorrow. Put the sticks in the cooler for a bit over these couple of days so they should be fine.

awwww, that's too bad. I would have hoped they'd get the same box back. maybe put the original box in a bigger box? Would be funny as hell for them to see their poor box :)

Han Solo, talking about the Millenium Falcon in Star Wars (the original) Episode 4, in the hangar just before the storm troopers come in... (Man my Dorkiness is really showing now)

On it's way home.

DC: 0303 0130 0003 1343 0444
INS: VV 922 492 071 US

Thanks for letting me play!

"I love you. Come to Butthead." (Beavis and Butthead)

Seriously. I can't wait to get these home. Bat_Chief and I will herf. Oh yes! Many a cigar will be smoked in celebration of a safe arrival.

Thanks much to all who participated. You all rock! Except Moki. He's a little smelly bitch...but I'll continue to associate w/ him on account of the occasional bits of wisdom he passes on to me. I would be twice the man I am today if it wasn't for him :sign:

I know your secrets, panty-boy.

btw, are you guys gonna tell us how you divide it up? Don't have to of course, but I'd find it fascinating. :) The scene:

Sirens are screaming through the sultry night air like the talons of an eagle slashing into its prey. A surreal discotech of blue and red lights, gyrating in odd cadence to the screaming and wailing. We see Tony Bones clutching a Dunhill in one hand, and a fistfull of Opus in the other -- out of his head trickles a crimson river of blood, from a gash that oddly resembles a credo unit.

Pan to bat_chief, who kneels as if in supplication, with two glass tubos shoved into his eye sockets, holding his head in his hands, screaming the scream of the undead.

It could happen, ya never know. Tony's a dirty guy. Maybe we should film the divvying up of the pass, just in case...

How did you know about my plan for the Tubos? Bah!

Seriously, we're just going to get together and go back and forth. One stick for him, one for me...another for him, another for me. It should be fun. I anticipate being able to smoke two cigars, if not three over the course of the process.

Sweet, thanks for the generousity Ricmac! It will be interesting to see how long the hand-rolled Habanos lasts in the distribution!

I would like to say WELL PLAYED to all! Asside from some slight packing issues that Joe fixed and a demolished bok fixed by Ricmac, all went well. A very honorable Pass that was played well and respectably by all!! Thank you for your professionalism and I will not hesitate to be invovled with any one of you in any future deals!

Oh, and as for Moki's prediction for the pass exchange, not likely....but close.....

Tony Bones, securely strapped into the leather seats of his '03 Lexus sedan, lightly pats the pass box that is also secured safely into the passenger seat to the right. Tony travels down I-405 to rendezvous with Bat_Chief, late, as usual, to split up the rewards from the pass. Suddenly, in a surreal discothèque of blue and red lights, gyrating in odd cadence to the screaming and wailing of the siren, Tony notices in his mirror the presence of Washington's finest, the State Patrol. Knowing that the radio is faster than the car, Tony succumbs to the cruisers beckoning, and watches as the two Troopers come up on either side of his vehicle.
"What's the hurry?" asks the Trooper.
Tony ignores him with a look of disdain.
"Step out of the car please, sir," orders the Trooper. Tony complies, but not once giving the Trooper the satisfaction of looking defeated.
"Stand right here." orders the trooper as he leaves to call in Tony’s drivers license. Tony knows he is being watched from behind by the other Trooper, and starts to flash back as to why he had to leave the East Coast for Seattle so many years ago. That was all behind him now, the Trooper will never know about his past from his new ID and the name change....there was nothing to worry about tonight.
"Looks like your clear sir, so I'll let you off with a warning. Drive safe now, 'ya hear." ordered the Trooper, with a hint of sincerity.
As Tony bones drove away, he smiled with his good fortune, taking his hand to pat the pass box to his right......the pass box that was now unbuckled and missing......
Just then Tony Bones remembered, Washington State Troopers don't travel in pairs.......

"Bat_Chief huh, is that what they call you on that website?"
"Yup," answered Bat_Chief as he handed the Trooper a fist full of premium sticks.” That’s what they call me."

"Thanks Ed, keeps in touch, and say hi to the wife." whispers Bat_Chief as he leaves the Troopers car for the westbound ferry.
Nice guy, the Chief, whispers the Trooper, sure glad he's on our side. ;)

Hmmm...getting strange message from USPS. Someone else give the tracking number a whirl and see what you get. Thanks!
