Well, fear not my friends.. for today is Thanksgiving.. and truly a good time to remind ourselves what it is we're thankful for.

Who would like to share one.. or more, things you're thankful for this year. I'll allow others to start first and then share my reasons a little later today.

Thanks to you for keeping it going. I know you've had opportunities to sell, but have kept it "in-house" and endured the expense and hassles at times.
