Phil has completely dropped off the face of the earth and still owes Moki some humidor accessories. Hey I like Phil but that is just plain BS, he will not return PM's, emails or even phone calls.

Yep, I'm still waiting. Will write a certified letter this week, let you guys know what happens.

It's easy for someone who's had a good experience with him to say "Aw gee, give good ole Phil a break" but if you ask me, Moki has gone way above the call of duty here in restraining himself and I for one think Phil is more than qualified for the scumbag list at this point.

Well, here's the thing. Phil bought himself a nice grace period, because he was a nice guy, and many people had many excellent trades with him. I am assuming that something unfortunate has befallen him, because I don't see the point in keeping the humidor dividers, credos, and hygrometers... if he'd wanted to really rip me off, he could have just kept the whole humidor and disappeared.

What's going on, I don't know. I'll make one last attempt, and I guess I'll just write it off. I'm not sure what else to do. I've tried calling, tried PMing, tried emailing, tried emailing his father (who actually responded once or twice)... after a certified letter, not sure what else is worth my time. I'm certainly not going to sue him, or hire a PI to track him down.
