I wouldn't recommend sticking some over humidified cigars in the freezer as you might damage them. I would start to dry them out in a desktop humi. Start drying them out slowly though.
On another note, 69% humidity is a bit high for CC's IMO.
If you didn't call the vendor after you received them, they might say that it's your storage conditions unless you have a very good relationship with your vendor.
