Tatuaje discontinuing sku's in the US

Tatuaje has informed its retailers that it is retiring 22 SKUs in the U.S. market. In an email to retailers, Pete Johnson—Tatuaje’s founder—said that “some will remain available for international sales, but we will not be stocking these in the U.S. going forward.” He did not specify which cigars would remain available for international markets.

The following SKUs are part of the reductions:

  • Cabaiguan Guapos Junior (4 5/8 x 42) Box of 20
  • Cabaiguan Guapos Junior Maduro (4 5/8 x 42) Box of 20
  • Cabaiguan Guapos 46 (5 5/8 x 46) Box of 20

  • El Suelo Prado (5 3/4 x 58) Bundle of 20

Johnson informed retailers that inventory remains for most of the cigars, the notable exceptions are the Guapos.
 
I need to check to see what we still have in stock & grab a few boxes or 5 packs
 
The reason is because tobacco, in general is getting very difficult to come by. I have sat with the reps, and they are being told to NOT open new accounts because there is difficulty supplying their current ones.
 
My friend has a cigar lounge and he is saying even the regular production stuff is back ordered by best selling brands. Hard to get stuff is becoming very hard to get
