(no - his isn't an R/T but he badged it that way)

Decisions, Decisions!

dude serious thats like do i love my daughter or my son
there is nothing like the feel of the open road on a cruise on the bike
but burning up some rubber on a old school rod and the stares people do its just unbelievable
does the charger need any work to it or is prestine from the get go?

My three word agrument for the Charger:

Dukes. Of. Hazard.

'Nuff said.

It's basically a 'new' car....everything. Suspension, NEW motor, brakes, tank - nearly everything....and a very ultra clean interior - with A/C.

This is his 'daily driver' that he hasn't drove butonce in a couple years.

Now he's onto a 68 Camaro project with his kids....so, this is up for sale.

Make a list of Pros and Cons

Put the list under your pillow, and sleep on it. The next morning, pay attention to the first thought in your head.
Then flip a coin.

Or, Don't do anything until you're 100% sure that's what you want to do.

Do you ride the bike much?

How much would you drive the car?

If you get the car, are you going to hang out at Dunkin Donuts?

edit to add: More folks are going to go with the Car...it's a classic!

Is the car a big or small block auto or standard.

Love both but for me I would go with the bike. I have hour drive to and from work so I would get much more use or it. If it is just a weekend play toy go with the car.

I miss my bike. :(

Pretty simple, which will you enjoy more?

Since I doubt you'll be riding either in the winter they are summer toys. The one thing I've found about owning a "go" car is that it has to actually go and not just look good. Real street cars have rock chips.

Does the Mrs like to ride on the back of the bike? Will she like to ride in the car especially if it doesn't have AC as a number of go cars don't.

Big block or small block? 6 pack, dual quads or four barrel? Dana 60 with a Torqueflight on the floor? Hows the body, roof, quarter panels? Do you plan to keep as an investment or as a toy?

I'm more of a car guy but a good bike is hard to beat.

If you don't buy it, let me know how much he wants for it. Two of my dream cars... '68/69 Charger or '68 Camaro covertible.

Car. It's a classic. You can always find another Harley. '68 Chargers are getting harder and harder to come by.

Do I even have to give you my opinion?

CHARGER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You'll love watching people snapping their heads around as you drive past. And you'll be spending a lot more time at the gas station because every time you stop (which, unfortunately, will be often), people will be running up to talk to you. Of course some of them will be eye candy and your marriage may suffer as a result, but it's a Charger!!!

Before you make the decision, measure your garage. When driving the Charger, it's front and rear fenders tend to each occupy a different zip code than the occupants.
