OK here's the dealio...
All 16 teams will be thown in my Cigar Snobs hat. My daughter will draw them out one-by-one. Your position in the drawing will be determined by the order you post your "I'm IN" post.
The team you draw will either get vegas odds or give them. Any odds that don't end in a .5 or 1/2 point will be given one. The underdog team will benifit from that .5 point.
Scenerio: Arizona/Loisville currently resides at Louisville -9. If it stays that way until 6pm EST 3/25/09 then odds will be Louisville -9.5 or Arizona +9.5 however you want to look at it.
Now if you have Arizona on your draw and the score is Louisville winning by 10 or more you are out! But if the score ends with Arizona losing by 9 or less you would then claim Louisville and continue in the pool with Louisville as your new team. If Arizona wins outright then you keep Arizona and continue in the pool.
Scenerio: Missouri/Memphis currently = Memphis -4.5. If it stays until 6pm EST 3/25/09 then no adjustments made. Memphis must win by 5 for the owner of Memphis to continue. If Memphis wins by 4 or less then the owner of Missouri while take Memphis and continue in the pool. If Missouri wins out right... the owner of Missouri keps his team and continues.

Now we need 16... well 15, because I'm in... to sign up for this to work. Since I have originated this topic I will place my name at the 8th possition for the team drawing. For this to work smoothly... I need all 15 enterants to be posted by noon EST on the 25th so I can get the teams and the point spreads posted.
Now for the entry fee. This is a winner take all pool. 1 cigar consisting of anything from this list.
