Sometimes a Fellow BOTL Just Gets to You...

I tell you guys, maybe it's the time of year, or maybe it's the times we're facing...and during these times there are things that happen when a fellow CPer does something out of the kindness of their heart that hits me in a way that stops me in my tracks. While this particular act of kindness has a crazy story behind it where it looked really bad for a while...I'm happy to say that with the help of another fellow CPer, this one turned out to have a very happy ending!

Bill (CigSid) sent me something that meant more to me than just a box of cigars. It wasn't the amount of cigars or the type of cigars...it was the fact that he thought enough to do it and sent the coolest note. Yes, this bomb was one for the ages, but more than that it was his timing....perfect timing at that. It's random acts of kindness like Bill's that makes this place so cool. And I don't know what it is, but it seems like these things happen at times in my Life when I really needed a sign that things will be OK. A few guys here have done this to me over the years and Bill sent me that sign today.

Thank you my friend...thank you for the your thoughts. The cigars are simply incredible as only you know how to do. But please believe me when I say that this meant way more to me than that. Merry Christmas!
 
Well deserved! Bill is too kind as I have also been emotionally hit by him before. He goes beyond just sending a few cigars. Nice job Bill!
