Has anyone ever received a box from overseas that appeared to have accidentally ripped open, only to find there were 15 cigars when there should have been 25?

I'm confused, if you're going to take the risk of opening and stealing mail, why not all of it?

To make matters worse, this was a reship of a box gone missing.

My advice would be to take photos and contact the vendor. Best of luck Matt.

Depending on where it came from, you should be happy they didn't take all of them!

Just joking. That sucks.

Maybe they only have space for 10 more cigars in mytheir humidor after they stole the first box.

the other 10 shall land in a separate packwithin the next two days. Like that the box is then complete JPlease let me know when you have receivedthis second part.

Bestregards

Well, thats a new one.

The pack hase to be under a certain weight to not go the Ill.

Make sense, but they could have said something.

So they'll ship twice, in increments of 10 and 15, to ensure you receive the full box of 25?

All this has me not buying anything overseas anymore.

I'm gunna wait til the embargo ends. Even then it is tough to compete with quality coming out of DR and Cdnteral America.

You of all people should understand, it's a size thing.

I understand having the package being too big, something I have to deal with everyday, but you might be a better expert on stating why a smaller package is better at not getting noticed........... :sign:
