Correct. I was referring to Lugar. I don't like either of my Senators in IL now (and I'm sure I probably won't like whoever replaces that moron Burris :laugh: ).
 
unfortunately, I don't see this policy changing anytime soon.. and the way things are right now versus how they'd look if the embargo was lifted, it's sort of an advantage for cigar smokers
