I believe you're right...

And I also believe that the person who's been around for a while and participated in past SS's would be in the best position to do the Secret Santa as it has been run in past years. In all fairness, there are twists and turns a new person wouldn't understand - and IMHO, I believe CC would be in the best position to prevent any problems from arising... ;)

Thanks to those who offered up their services, but let's PLEASE stay with the way it's been run in the past. We have a good system down...

I have to agree that a FOG should take the reins on a SS, we do one every year at one of the other forums I moderate and its something only an old timer can control to make sure everything runs smoothly.
 
I posted that I was going to participate in this this year. However, I will only do so if a FOG is running it. These are a bit too complicated for someone who has never organized one before to run IMO.

Well CC are you going to do it? I have seen everyone post :blush: :blush: who is taking command? Questions that need answers?
 
I'm really searching for the necessity to get this done today... It would seem we have quite a bit of time left - and I'm sure we'll have our "victim" to us in plenty of time to launch our packages... Hell - I haven't even finished putting away my Halloween decorations yet!!!

BTW - nothing wrong with posting you want in with this in the other thread. CC will be checking that thread and putting together the lists of participants.

It is election time, and until Tuesday CC's gonna be heavily tied up on election matters. After that y'all will be telling him to STFU... :whistling:
