Search is Your Friend Newb (5th Anni Contest)

Ha ha! A fight to the finish!:) :) I wanted to check back in quick, before turning in, to see what everyone thought. I think I might have found what you're referring to 'sims, but I'm not totally sure. I came across it yesterday, but didn't go far enough. Now if I can only find it again? If memory serves, it was a long thread post.

Thanks Derek, good luck to you also. You may be a step ahead if you already know the thread it's in. I'm off tomorrow which means that the wife & I will be busy all day and the computer is off limits. Peace!

Ok, I've searched some more, and I did find the thread I was referring to the other day, but it didn't have the answer. I only read a few pages the other day, and thought it might
reveal the illusive  #3 answer, but no dice. :(  So now, it's time to start guessing. I have 2 more cigars in mind before I'm completely out of ideas. So I have a 50/50 shot today(if either is right at all), so here goes:

         I've looked high and low on this forum to no avail. I got to hand it to 'sims', he sure knows how to put a 'search' contest together! :) If my current guess isn't correct, I have 1 maybe 2 more, then I'm totally stumped. He hinted about it being "bomb" related. I've searched every Newbie War/Newbie Blizzard I could find. Anyway, maybe 'sims' will take pity on us and offer another hint? :p  Good luck brother!

Incorrect. Remember that many we have many veterans and active duty service members in our group. It is possible that this is related to a real war.

You can't get these anymore but the cigar I had on the chopper after being pulled out from Ko Tang Island Cambodia (part of the USS Mayaquez rescue May 15, 1975), was right at the top. That was after having the last 20,000 lb bomb of the Vietnam war dropped 200 meters from my position.

Well, I found one no longer in production but it doesn't make reference to the story. Thought for sure I had it with my last post :( I'll try it as another guess tomorrow.
