Scotch Herf Contest

We have a winner!

To get to the winner I had to decide how to score this so I took the difference between the time guess and the actual arrival time and dividied that by 5 to get a "band equivalent" number. I then took the absolute value for the difference between the guessed amount of bands and the actual number of bands. A perfect score would be zero so the lowest score wins.
