I've always had RLS (Restless Leg Syndrome), runs in my family.  But, as of late it's gotten progressively worse.  I've been on meds, but none are working now, so going to a neurologist Monday, guess I'll find out how crazy I really am!  :D  I've not had a really good night's rest in quite some time now and it's really taking its toll.  And, there's nothing I can do to get any relief, hoping Monday I can get something figured out.  It's not just in the legs either, but pretty much the entire body.

Anyone else have it?  Maybe going through the same?

Sorry to hear that, Greg.  I don't have it but because of lower back issues I have muscle spasms in my right leg constantly.  It normally isn't much of an issue unless my back gives out but I wonder what toll it might take in the future.

If I go without coffee for a few days, I get something similar to this. Not diagnosed or as bad as you've got, probably, though. Hopefully the docs can figure something out for you.

Nope, don't have it. I do suffer from chronic pain which does seriously interferes with my sleep. It truly sucks.  I can imagine some of what you may be dealing with. I hope you find relief soon.

Yeah it sucks big time, having a bad time of it today. Lord i hope they can do something tomorrow.

I know this may sound silly but, have you tried a glass of red wine before bed?

I've had it from childhood, so believe me when I say I've  tried just about everything.  Been a guinea pig numerous times for new drugs that's supposed to help, got lockjaw one time from a reaction, vertigo kicked in from another.  I was put back on Mirapex by the doctor I saw yesterday, which is actually the best I can find as far as helping.  Has me a bit nauseated this morning, kinda woozy, but at least I'm able to sit still!!  Yes!!  Going back on the 23rd to do a sleep study, kinda interested to see how that turns out.

I know it sounds odd, but it seems like I'd get RLS when I was running longer distances. Stretching and yoga seemed to help. If you're biomechanically challenged like I am, its worth a try.
