Bashing this vendor is uncalled for, get your facts straight before opening your mouth.

Never have I had a problem with Regency unless you got a problem with good service and great specials!

Got the same email, even though apparently the londres are still in stock. I have no proof whether they are ouf of the or not, but that isn't the point to me.

The point is, they sent Martin and I both emails saying that they don't backorder email specials, when in fact they apparently do, according to Mark's post...

Forgot to add that I've had several great transactions with Regency in the past.

If they didn't want to honor the sale on the cheaper boxes though, they needed to put a qualifier in the sale though, not lie to people.

Maybe I'm missing your point? Life isn't fair, so if you're getting pissed b/c they didn't offer you the same courtesy as they offered Mark, then waaa waaa. Sheesh.

How about instead of running their name in the ground over something you're pissed about, pick up the phone and call them to see what they'll do for you. That's how you create relationships with vendors, not bitching about them on a public forum where they probably have no clue what you're saying.
