Due to limited availability of the BTL and the cost of the Lancero, those Puts don't quite add up.

I gotta concur with the Ree Ree dude Steve. Of course I still love ya :love: :love: but the BTL is much harder to find than the Zino, and the Lancero is more than double the value of the Sancho :blush:

No harm done, just get your sh*t together by the time my pass starts up next month :laugh: :p :p
 
Dang, and I thought I was okay based on the research I did. :laugh:

I believe in "equal Puts = equal Takes" philosophy, but I guess I was way off on this one. If anyone can impart some wisdom on how to assess value for passes, I think that would be great for newer smokers, like myself. MSRP, rarity, good sites to check, etc. Not in this thread, of course, but elsewhere on the site. You'd be doing a great service to future passes/passers. :thumbs:

Until then, I'll keep to the well-lighted path. :whistling:

Edited to switch out the #18 Opus for the #59 BTL. Couldn't make up my mind.

I'll be working on my put/takes tonight... been busy with an unexpected surgery for my wife... well, shouldn't be unexpected- it has been three years since the last one after all! She manages to work one in every 3 years it seems... but this was just a basic, run of the mill knee surgery after a number of dogs ran her over (our 130# monster included...) at the local dog park.

Anyways- I expect the pass to arrive tomorrow, and I gotta keep up my standard!
 
OK, Mary's keeping me up late with her surgery recovery (all went well) so I'm sitting here working on my put/takes. Bear with me- it's been a looooooooong day and I think I got them close. Man, I learned alot this pass- I'm no where near ready to play with the big dogs! :laugh: There were a number I wanted to try but I just don't have the horsepower to play... but here goes:

I think I'm a little weak on the MAG50/CoRo swap, but the next option I have is a Siglo IV which is over the MAG50... opinions? Same goes for the 40th Anni/DCM TAA 2005... I could do the whole set of the OpusX/DCM if needed- I'm going by the price i paid as I cannot find a MSRP on them and I can get the 40th Anni for $25 or so the site says (doubt they have in stock!) ... The Casa Fuente/ForbiddenX I have no idea on- I cannot find but an obscure mention of the price of the Casa in a search here. I just really want to try the MAG50, 40th Anni and the Casa Fuente!! be gentle... :thumbs:

All the prices I used where from a couple of webstores online recommended by some BOTL's here...

EDITED: to change the CoRo to the Siglo VI...
 
I'd say you're a little weak on the MAG50/CoRo, but that's the only one I see having a problem.

Wow, now that's a way to do it swissy. Yep, on the Mag50/CoRo trade. You'll hve to rethink that one. ;)

Mag50 and CoRo are pretty darn close... the Mag50 is still a touch more, but negligible, IMO. Your call. ;)

OK, I kinda thought that was the case.... but had to try! ;)

Substitute a Siglo VI for the CoRo? The VI is a bit over the MAG50 but as long as the masses allow it I do not mind in the slightest... I wanna try the MAG50!! :cool:

Otherwise I'll let the MAG0 slide away untouched and try again another day... :(

And I thought yesterday was long... last night was way worse. Nothing worse than a needy woman in pain... :laugh: I may not be thinking sraight due to lack of sleep... :rolleyes:
