Real?

For some reason, I can't see the pictures of the individual cigars, only a small thumbnail.

But the box certainly looks suspicious based on what the other guys here have said. Here are some shots of a cardboard pack that I had but have since given away.

For SuperMacro shots, my Canon A430 disables the flash so I hold the object to be photographed under a bright daylight spectrum fluorescent bulb. It also helps to mechanically couple the object to the camera (by bracing the thumb of my object-gripping hand against the side of the camera lens) or use a tripod.

Keep in mind that even Cohibas can bear some pretty crappy looking bands. Even on prestigious or limited issues. Here are some Cohiba Esplendidos from the Habanos 510 Aniversario commemorative humidor. Notice that the gaps above the top of the gold embossed border are unequal. The gold letter emboss is also not in registration and fractured in a few places. The lower border of the gold emboss also overlays the "Habana, Cuba" text. And yet, these are unquestionably authentic specimens. I also have Seleccion Reserva Cohibas with similar quality bands.

I'm with Neal - I'm not wearing any pants!! Feels kinda refreshing!!!

BTW - I like the Nikon and Cannon lines of digital cameras. They take very nice closeup shots!!! ;)
on any camera...set the camera to macro/super macro. put some tissue paper over the flash and don't get closer than 4-5". most digicams can't focus closer than 8-12in unless in macro, at least on a point and shooter.

I need to keep that in mind, I'm by no means a professional..what does that setting look like? you're certainly right about the flash, it bleaches out the detail.
macro/super macro is typically a flower symbol on most point and shooters...either on the back of the camera on a button or top, or buried in a menu somewhere...what camera type is it?

Well, damn, you learn something new every day. I had no idea that the flower was macro. THANK-YOU! You just saved me buying a new camera

There, this is much better. Thanks again Rob
