If I may just add some ‘thoughts’ to this for a bit...USPS BROKE the CONCRETE inside the package. If that doesn’t describe some of our deliveries, I don’t know what would.

PS: no offense to anyone working for USPS, it’s just obvious that some handle packages with care and others do not care
